スラリータンカーのヒッチ
国産の、 IHIスターのスプレッダー のような、ねじ込みのドローバーだと強度が十分とは言えないようだ。
20000Lのスプレッダーでも、ピンの太さはおそらくCAT.III程度が標準だと思われる。
ASABEのカテゴリー を見ると、ドローバーピンのカテゴリとサイズは次の様になっているらしい。

で、普通のドローバーでも良いのだろうけど、タンカーは4万リットルなども積載するようで、また高速移動したりするようなので、ドローバーのヒッチは様々なものがある。
例えば、 GEAのスプレッダー や カタログ では、
- single hitch
- double hitch
- ball hitch
- power hitch というものがあるらしい。
パーツカタログ を見ると
- single, double は普通のドローバー
- ball はボールヒッチ
- power hitch は独特な、通常のドローバーでボールのような滑らかさが使えるようなヒッチ だと思われる。
スプレッダー自体が操舵して旋回半径を小さく抑える仕組みがあるようで、少々複雑になっているようだ。 double hitch はCAT 2-5まで対応しているようだ。
またさらには、 Stutsmans 曰く、
- GEA 3-axis hitch
- Hevy duty swivel king hitch
- standard duty swivel king hitch
というものもあるようだ。
swivel king というのは、ヒッチ専用の会社で、とんでもなくごついヒッチを作っている会社のようだ。
