70-80年にスガノ農機のカタログに現れたランドハロー． 表層混和に特化した機械である．

ヨーロッパにオリジナルの機械があるようだけれど，どんなものだろう． ということで調べてみた．

昔は結構色々なメーカーのものが出ていたみたい．

きっかけはKnoche のカタログのローラーオプション

現行には無いけれども，2005年のカタログにはコンビネーションハローのローラーオプションには，例のやつがオプションで用意してあった． ドイツ語では，"Spatenrolleggen", 英語では"spade roller".

ドイツ語でも，英語でも検索をかけてみた．

まだ情報はあるし，なんなら，結構販売されている.

なぜショートディスクの時代に，あえてスペードブレードローラーなのか．

耕しすぎないことがポイント. 部分的な耕起によって，燃料消費を押えながら雑草・ボランティアクロップの発芽促進，残渣の混和を行う．

Claydon(イギリス) よくまとまっている．

Moving a little more soil than the Claydon Straw Harrow, the TerraStar plucks only divots from the top layer of soil leaving the structure intact and able to carry machines. The 80x80mm dibots are created by rotating "star" points fitted in a 200mm grid patten to two knife bars each side on the machine. These star points create a fine tilth, eoncouraging volunteers and grass weeds to germinate. The tilth can then be moved by the Claydon Straw Harrow, breaking off germinating plants at the one leaf stage, eliminating the need to spray while dound conditions allow harrowing. The TerraStar helps the surface layer of osil to drain, and depth wheels ensure precise depth control for multipe passes. This versatile tool can be used as a mechanical weeder, reduing the need of glyohosate. It makes stubbel management much easier and redeces slug populations.

The TerraStar is ideal for mulching and incorporating crop or oher residues. It can be used to produce more uniform seed beds, not only in unmoved soil, but behind any other cultivation equipment.

The TerraStar is fast and effective and, like all the Claydon range, it incorporates a miniumum of wearing parts, making for extremely low-cost operation.

Baarck (ドイツ): ここが大手じゃないかな。

Der eigentliche Ursprung der Firma Baarck kommt aus dem Vetrieb und der Wartung von Spatenrolleggen aus Finnland. Seitdem hat sich vieles getan und entwickelt, so dass wir heute unsere eigenen Spatenrolleggen konzipieren und als fester Ansprechpartner auf nationaler Ebene für Ersatz- und Verschleißteile, sowie Umbau- und Reparaturarbeiten gelten. Zudem haben wir stets überarbeitete Geräte ab Hof verfügbar.

Die Arbeitsweise und das Bearbeitungsbild der Spatenrollegge überzeugt uns weiterhin. Speziell der geforderte und etablierte Anbau von Zwischenfrüchen bringt neuartige Konzepte der mechanischen Bodenbearbeitung mit sich. Die Spatenrollegge zeigt in diesem Zusammenhang ein gutes Arbeitsbild und arbeitet die Zwischenfrüche sehr gut ein.

The actual origin of the company Baarck comes from the distribution and maintenance of spade roller harrows from Finland. Since then, much has happened and developed, so that today we design our own Spatenrolleggen and are considered a fixed contact on a national level for spare and wear parts, as well as conversion and repair work. In addition, we always have refurbished equipment available from our yard.

The working method and the processing pattern of the Spatenrollegge continue to convince us. Die Roll-X-Pro von der Brix GmbH ist eine leichtzügige, X-förmig angeordnete Spatenrollegge mit großen Messern von 430 Millimetern Durchmesser. Die gefederte Aufhängung der Segmente soll die einzelnen Bauteile vor Schlägen und Überbeanspruchung schützen. Eine Besonderheit ist die stufenweise Verstellung der Messerwellen im Schnittwinkel. Hierdurch soll die Roll-X-Pro unterschiedlichen Arbeitsanforderungen gerecht werden. Die nachrüstbaren, klammerbaren Stützräder führen die Spatenrollegge in der Tiefe und ein optional erhältlicher, einreihiger Nachlaufstriegel ebnet den Boden nochmals ein. Laut Brix ist die Roll-X-Pro somit eine Allzweckmaschine für die Bodenbearbeitung, praktischerweise auch in Kombination mit dem Strohstriegel StrawMax-Pro. Geeignet ist das Gerät zum schnellen Stoppelsturz, zur Saatbettbereitung im Frühjahr, oder zur Einarbeitung von organischen Substanzen. Die hohe Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit von 15 km/h gepaart mit der großen Arbeitsbreite soll für eine hohe Flächenleistung sorgen. Die neue Spatenrollegge ist erhältlich in den Arbeitsbreiten 6,00 Meter, 6,35 Meter und 6,70 Meter. Durch die serienmäßige hydraulische Klappung beträgt die Transportbreite 2,98 Meter.

The Roll-X-Pro from Brix GmbH is a lightweight, X-shaped spade roller harrow with large 430 millimeter diameter blades. The spring suspension of the segments is designed to protect the individual components from impacts and overstressing. A special feature is the stepped adjustment of the blade shafts in the cutting angle. This is intended to enable the Roll-X-Pro to meet different work requirements. The retrofittable, clampable support wheels guide the spade roller harrow in depth, and an optionally available, single-row following harrow levels the ground even further. According to Brix, the Roll-X-Pro is thus an all-purpose machine for soil cultivation, conveniently also in combination with the StrawMax-Pro straw harrow. The machine is suitable for quick stubble tillage, seedbed preparation in spring, or incorporation of organic matter. The high working speed of 15 km/h coupled with the large working width is said to ensure high area output. The new spade roller harrow is available in working widths of 6.00 meters, 6.35 meters and 6.70 meters. Thanks to the standard hydraulic folding system, the transport width is 2.98 meters.

The Kronos rotary harrow is a multi-purpose tool in agriculture. It is available in four different sizes with working widths from 3.15 to 4.9 meters. Its open frame construction makes the harrow fast and efficient while the resilient shaft suspension suppresses shocks and vibraions. The harrows are avcailable in both hydralic and towed models. The excellent mixing ability of Kronos throughout the whole stratum is based on its blade movement. Kronos covers over straw, stubble and other plabnts evenly so that decomposition can start immediately. Kronos breaks even hard clods and tears the trash into pieces. It breaks and cuts the roots of weed plants efficiently, thus preventing nutrients from gatheriung around the weed root. Kronos destorys weeds on the spot.
